NBCC sold office space in south Delhi for Rs 1557.51 crore
NBCC (India) Ltd has sold 3.91 lakh sq ft of premium office space in South Delhi for Rs 1557.51 crore and will use it to fund the construction of seven colonies of Delhi. This is the highest sale realisation in a single auction since launch of WTC, New Delhi in 2017. The space at the World Trade Centre (WTC) that is coming up at South Delhi’s Nauroji Nagar as part of the government's redevelopment plan is being auctioned regularly and NBCC has so far earned Rs 8751.61 crore by selling about 2.17 million sq ft. The WTC, which offers 3.4 million sq ft of saleable area including 12 commercial towers, is part of Nauroji Nagar redevelopment.

Titan Company Limited is all set to launch an invite-only retail store which will sell luxury jewellery with a minimum ticket size of ₹10 lakh. The move comes as India's consumer companies rush to premiumise to tap into the strong demand at the higher end of the consumer discretionary market. The company has taken 17,000 sq ft space in Delhi's South Extension market for the luxury store, said two executives aware of the development. They said Titan is doing a pilot for this luxury format in the national capital and might replicate it in other parts of the country. The Tata group company reported a double-digit growth in buyers and ticket sizes in the September quarter, indicating strong demand at higher price points. «This will be one of the largest jewellery stores in the country, and Titan already has a store of about 10,000 sq ft across the road,» said one of the persons, who did not wish to be identified.

MCD takes steps to control vector-borne diseases in Delhi; Delhi Mayor assures reduction in dengue cases in 15 days

According to data on the official website of the NCVBDC, which comes under the Union health ministry, 5,221 cases of dengue and one death due to the disease had been recorded in Delhi till mid-September this year. Rajiv Rattan buys Lone Star's stake in NBFC for Rs 611 crore
Rajiv Rattan, one of the founding members of Indiabulls, has acquired a 50% stake of its joint venture (JV) partner Lone Star Funds in RattanIndia Finance for Rs 611 crore (about $73 million) in an all-cash deal, multiple persons with knowledge of the development. The rift between the two was triggered three years ago after Lone Star alleged that Rajiv Rattan had misused money belonging to the company. Rattan, also the promoter of RattanIndia Power, has denied any wrongdoing. In May 2021, the global private equity fund firm approached the Delhi bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against RattanIndia Finance, alleging irregularities and mismanagement in the company.

M3M plans to deliver six projects in FY24 spread across 6.5 million sq ft and with a construction cost of Rs 3,250 crore. In the first half of FY24, M3M India has delivered two residential projects — M3M Heights and M3M Flora68, and one commercial project M3M Skylofts, comprising about 2.5 million square feet of space with a construction cost of Rs1250 crore. Onion prices shoot up 60% in two weeks
onion touched Rs 50/kg in Delhi on Wednesday as well as in some markets of Maharashtra. Onion prices are expected to continue to rise till December, when the new kharif crop is expected to hit the markets after a delay of nearly two months. «The average price of onions in Ahmednagar market has increased from about Rs 35/kg about around 10 days ago to Rs 45/kg now,» said Nandkumar Shirke, chairman, Association of Onion Traders of Ahmednagar District.
