Bharat Mobility Show 2025: From Tata to BYD, auto giants line up for Delhi ramp; set to become world's biggest auto expo
Tata Motors to Maruti Suzuki, Japan's Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and China's BYD set to take the covers off a slew of vehicles, many in the electric vehicle segment, at the Bharat Mobility Show to be held in January next year. The number of vehicle makers who have confirmed attendance for the upcoming edition of the show is four times that seen in 2023, and highest-ever since the auto expo started in 1986. The participation is also significantly higher than that seen at the 'Big Five' — the five major auto shows held globally in Geneva, Munich, Detroit, Paris and Tokyo — where participation has been dwindling amid high costs and lower footfalls. While 13 carmakers participated at the Munich Auto Show in its latest edition, 20 showed up for the Geneva Motor Show held between Feb 26 and March 3 this year. The mobility shows in Paris and Tokyo saw participation from 11 and 22 vehicle makers, respectively. Around 13 automakers showcased 35 vehicle brands at the Detroit Auto Show last year.

Donald Trump and Kamala Harris to debate on ABC, Trump says he wants two more
presidential candidate Donald Trump and Democratic opponent Kamala Harris will debate on Sept. 10 on ABC, setting up the first face-to-face matchup between the rivals in what polls show is an extremely close race. In a rambling news conference at his Palm Beach, Florida, residence, Trump said he wanted additional debates on Sept. 4 and Sept. 25 that would air on Fox and NBC. Harris said in a post on X that she was looking forward to the Sept. 10 debate after Trump «finally committed.» She told reporters after a campaign stop in Detroit that she was open to discussing more debates.

Empty seats at Donald Trump rally? Here's all you need to know
Donald Trump upset with the huge crowd attending election rallies of his opponent presumptive Democrat candidate Kamala Harris? Is it evident by the former president's barb on the vice president when he taunted her by declaring that he needs no entertainers? He added that he would fill the stadium because he was making America great again. Trump's comment came four days after more than 10,000 people gathered at Georgia State University Convocation Center to listen to the first black vice president, reports the 'Seattle Times'. Rappers Quavo and Megan Thee Stallion also attended the election rally and Trump referred to it. Trump also accused the Georgia State University officials in charge of the arena of preventing him from bringing more people to the arena.
