Shortly thereafter, Celtic will return to Parkhead to host Athletic Club. This fixture will serve as James Forrest's testimonial match and will be played a few days after the Dublin encounter. Celtic's first official league match, where they will unveil their league flag, is scheduled for August 5 against Ross County. This game marks the beginning of their title defense, as they aim to secure another successful season.

European Central Bank is nearly finished raising interest rates, but will then keep them at a «high plateau» to ensure they fully impact the economy, Governing Council member Francois Villeroy de Galhau said.
