Bleeding eye disease: An outbreak of deadly Marburg virus disease (MVD), often referred to as the 'bleeding eye virus', has killed at least 15 people, and infected at least 66 in Rwanda as of November 29, the country’s Ministry of Health announced. Reports of the fast spreading Marburg virus has raised concerns about the deadly disease which has already spread to some countries. Marburg belongs to the filovirus family, like the much better known Ebola. Both pathogens are clinically similar, and although rare, can cause outbreaks with high fatality rates. Policeman killed in blast targeting foreign diplomats' convoy in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
improvised explosive device, targeting a convoy of foreign diplomats, killed a policeman and injured three others in Pakistan's restive northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday. The blast triggered through a remote hit the convoy that was travelling to the scenic mountainous Malam Jabba in Swat district from Islamabad. A senior police officer said that all the diplomats were safe. A deadly new strain of Mpox is raising alarm
On 14 August officials at the World Health Organisation classified the outbreak of Mpox as a global health emergency. A new strain of the disease has spread beyond the Democratic Republic of Congo for the first time, to at least 12 other African countries. MPOX IS A viral infection typically found in parts of Africa and spread through contact with infected animals as well as within households. It causes severe fever, flu-like symptoms and a rash of pus-filled blisters across the body.

Pakistan police charge man with cyber terrorism over misinformation that led to riots in UK
cyber terrorism for his alleged role in spreading misinformation that led to widespread rioting in the U.K. earlier this month, a senior police investigator said Wednesday.
