However, it was reported in 2020 that there were over 350 million registered users, a number that increased to 400 million by 2021. While these figures include players who may have only engaged with the game briefly, they do not accurately represent the active player base. To gauge the number of active players, third-party sources like ActivePlayer provide estimates. As of the time of writing, ActivePlayer suggests an average of 239 million monthly players in the last 30 days, with a peak of 15 million players in a single day. Although these estimates are not officially confirmed by Epic Games, they offer the closest approximation available.
