The court documents state that Turner and Jonas met late last week to discuss their separation, during which Turner reiterated the «agreed plan» for the children to return «home to England.» Nevertheless, Jonas allegedly refused to return their passports and send them to the UK. Currently, Turner is reported to be in New York with the children. In response to these allegations, a representative for Joe Jonas informed CNN that their meeting on Sunday had been «cordial,» and it was their understanding that they had reached an agreement to cooperate in establishing an amicable co-parenting arrangement.
