It had clocked a net loss of Rs 95.32 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's total income rose to Rs 927.89 crore from Rs 522.35 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

However, many builders have defaulted on these payments, prompting banks to seek repayment from the buyers. This situation has led to homebuyers approaching the Delhi High Court, which did not grant them relief, which led them to appeal to India's apex court. A two-judge bench of the Supreme Court heard the case, ordering an interim stay on all coercive actions, including complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The projects include 765 kV Transmission line and 765 kV GIS substation orders in India, from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). The company also secured orders for a 132 kV transmission line in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the supply of towers in Australia and the Americas, and the supply of Hardware and Poles in America.

The stealth frigates will be the most advanced ships to be built in India and are a follow-on of the Nilgiri class that are currently under construction. Sources said that state-run yards — Mazagon Dockyards Limited (MDL) and Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) — are the frontrunners for the order that is classified as Project 17B. The two yards are currently constructing frigates under Project 17A (Nilgiri class). MDL is making four of the frigates while GRSE is executing an order for three. While details will emerge after the defence ministry clears the project, there is a possibility that it could be split between the two yards, as was the case for Project 17A. A split order helps shorten delivery timelines for the Navy.
