India’s central bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has released a concept note on the country’s proposed central bank digital currency (CBDC).

Hackers have stolen $570 million from a blockchain linked with Binance. The largest crypto exchange has had to temporarily halt the operation of its Binance Smart Chain after the exploit.Since the hack, Binance Coin's (BNB) price has also dropped noticeably, with the token down 3.5% in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing, it is trading at $281.

The cards allow users to convert and pay for goods and services with the crypto balance in their FTX wallets at the 80 million merchant locations worldwide that accept Visa.Sam Bankman-Fried, CEO, FTX, says: "This card allows users to make use of their FTX crypto balances 24 hours a day, 365 days a year securely and with no administrative or processing fees." Cuy Sheffield, head, crypto, Visa, adds: "At Visa, we believe that digital currencies will have a lasting impact on the future of financial services and money movement."
