BDL Capital Management considers the price Prosus offered for Just Eat Takeaway.com to be unfair to minority shareholders, the Paris-based asset manager said in a report on Tuesday. In late February, the Dutch technology investor agreed to buy Just Eat Takeaway for 20.3 euros per share to create a "European tech champion" of food delivery. The price should be 56.1 euros per share based on BDL's fair value calculation, it said in the report published on its website. BDL holds 2.04% in Just Eat Takeaway, according to LSEG data. This price was calculated by analysing enterprise value-to-gross transaction value (EV/GTV) and EV-to-EBITDA multiples in past Just Eat transactions, other transactions in the sector and for listed peers, BDL said.

NHPC will be in focus on Tuesday after it announced that it has begun the commercial supply of 600 MW of electricity from three units of the Parbati-II hydro project in Himachal Pradesh, effective April 1. The Parbati-II project consists of four 200 MW units, and the trial run and commercial operation date (COD) for the remaining Unit-4 will be announced in due course, according to a regulatory filing.

In the post-pandemic world, challenges such as supply chain disruptions, geopolitical tensions, inflation, and economic slowdowns have further heightened the risks associated with exports, making risk mitigation through insurance more vital than ever. This raises an important question: Are MSMEs reluctant to embrace insurance, or is the system failing to make insurance accessible and compelling? According to Girija Subramanian, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., the issue is deeply rooted in perception and awareness.
