On the BSE, FutureLifestyleFash, A F Enterprises, Aanchal Ispat, Pyramid Technoplast and Bhaskar Agro hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Skipper Ltd, Adarsh Plant, Times Guaranty, ITD Cementation and Modern Shares touched their fresh 52-week highs.

ITD Cementation India share price rallied more than 14% to hit a fresh 52-week high on Friday after the company bagged an order worth ₹3,290 crore. ITD Cementation shares jumped as much as 14.66% to a high of ₹249.40 apiece on the BSE. ITD Cementation India secured a marine contract worth approximately ₹3,290 crore excluding GST, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

Adani Power shares opened lower and went on to make intraday low of ₹312.25 apiece on NSE, logging over one per cent dip against its Thursday price. Similarly, Adani Enterprises shares are also swinging in gain and loss while Adani Green Energy, Adani Ports, Adani Total Gas, Adani Transmission, Adani Wilmar, etc.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 63.75 points at 19317.55, while the BSE Sensex was up 82.55 points at 64913.96. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 35 were trading in the green, while 14 were in the red. Shares of Suzlon Energy, BHEL, Vodafone Idea, Reliance Power and Alok Industries were among the most traded shares on the NSE. Shares of Times Guaranty, ITD Cementation, MTAR Technologies, Birla Cable and All E Technologies hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while GNA Axles, Sanco Industries, FutureLifestyleFash, Pyramid Technoplast and TECIL Chemicals hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.

Shares of most Adani group companies fell 2-4% on Thursday as sentiment soured after a report by Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) — a network of investigative reporters backed by billionaire-philanthropist George Soros — alleged that business partners of the Adani family made large investments in its shares through 'opaque' Mauritius funds. The group lost nearly ₹35,200 crore in market capitalisation following the sell-off. Shares of Adani Green Energy fell 4.3%, while Adani Enterprises, Adani Transmission and Ambuja Cements fell nearly 4%.

OCCRP, a global collective of investigative journalists backed by billionaire George Soros and others, on Thursday said it has uncovered a trail of financial transactions to show that Adani Group promoters indulged in share price manipulation of at least four group company stocks via undisclosed related entities. In its report, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) alleged that two overseas funds, or foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), that invested extensively in Adani stocks during 2013-18 acted as «fronts» for the group's promoters.Recycled Allegations: Adani OCCRP also said they were managed by individuals who are former associates of Adani Group. «Nasser Ali Shaban Ahli from Taiwan and Chang Chung-Ling from the United Arab Emirates, both with longstanding business ties to the Adani family, who have also served as directors and shareholders in Adani Group companies and related Vinod Adani-associated firms, used the funds to trade large amounts of shares in four Adani companies between 2013 and 2018,» the collective's report said. «In March 2017, the value of these investments in Adani Group stock was $430 million.

ET first reported on February 23 that Macquarie had hired an investment bank to run a sale process for Vibrant Energy. «They have received non-binding offers from Sun Energy and Vitol recently and the bidders will soon begin due diligence on the assets,» said one of the sources cited above. The company is likely to fetch an equity value of around $200 million with an enterprise value (EV) of close to $500 million, the source added.
