MUMBAI : The investor reception to three issues that listed on Tuesday was mixed; while Motisons Jewellers Ltd made a stellar debut, Suraj Estates Ltd and Muthoot Microfin elicited a tepid response. Motisons Jewellers, a diamond and gold jewellery retailer, listed at ₹109 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE)—a staggering 98.18% premium to its issue price of ₹55. It continued to climb, reaching an intraday high of ₹109.8, before settling at ₹103.55 on the NSE.

Coforge in August. SoftBank and Tiger Global sold blocks in Zomato, Paytm, Delhivery, and PolicyBazaar, as the focus turned on venture capital firms returning capital to their fund investors or limited partners. Retail investors have the option to bid for a single lot of 800 equity shares, while non-retail investors must bid for a minimum of two lots (1,600 equity shares), totaling at least ₹2,88,000.

Happy Forgings will list on the exchanges on Wednesday. Ahead of the listing, the company's shares are commanding a premium of Rs 282 in the unlisted market. Considering the upper price band of Rs 405, the stock is likely to list with a premium of 70%. However, it is important to note that grey market premia are just an indicator of how the company's shares are stacked up in the unlisted market and are subject to change rapidly. The issue received a strong subscription of 82 times at close. ₹9.57 crore. The issue will open for subscription on December 27, 2023 and closes on December 29, 2023. It is a fixed price issue of ₹9.57 crores and is entirely a fresh issue of 26.58 lakh shares.

₹10. Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited has been designated as the Book Running Lead Manager, and Link Intime India Private Limited is the Registrar to the issue.

₹71 to ₹75 per share. Kaushalya Logistics IPO will open for subscription Friday, December 29, and will close on Wednesday, January 3.

Another crucial and deciding factor for SMEs is their proven business model, which is bundled with a clear understanding of their markets and customers, and a demonstrated ability to generate revenue with sustainable operations in the longer run,” he says. Sona Machinery Limited, a Ghaziabad-based agro-processing original equipment manufacturer, recently announced the filing of its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with NSE Emerge, the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

₹426 to ₹448 per equity share of face value of ₹10. Innova Captab IPO lot size is 33 equity shares and in multiples of 33 equity shares thereafter.

₹340 per share, 5.55 percent lower than the issue price of ₹360, and on the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹343.80 apiece, a 4.5 percent discount. Suraj Estate IPO was open for subscription between December 18-20 for a price band of ₹340-360 per share. ₹275.30 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), a discount of 5.39% to the issue price of ₹291.00 per share. On the BSE, Muthoot Microfin share price began trading with a discount of 4.47% at ₹278.00 apiece. Muthoot Microfin IPO listing date was fixed for December 26.

BSE SME today. On BSE SME, Sahara Maritime Limited share price was listed at ₹81, which is same as the issue price. Following its debut, Sahara Maritime share price slipped into the red.
