The appointment is subject to shareholders' approval to be sought at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), according to information accessed by PTI. Sumer will join Oravel Stays' Board as a nominee director of Softbank.

Tier-II cities saw 26 per cent of such job openings and accounted for 25 per cent of applications, indicating balanced growth potential, the report said.
