Racing Fighting Southern President country rights Is this Kamala Harris’s moment?
WASHINGTON—As President Biden continues to grapple with the fallout from his bad debate against former President Donald Trump, more Democrats are publicly and privately suggesting Vice President Kamala Harris is the only viable replacement if Biden were to bow out of the race. The president has insisted he will not step aside, arguing he is best positioned to defeat Trump in November. Citi Provident Waters Aware recommendations prevention rights Bengaluru flat owners seek registration of apartment land in their names, clarity over maintenance charges
title deeds of the plots on which their apartments stand be transferred to their association by executing a registered conveyance deed. This move comes in response to the alleged reluctance of many builders in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka to comply with this legal requirement, allowing some promoters to mortgage the land or initiate new construction projects even years after the apartments have been sold. According to Sections 11 and 17 of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Act, promoters or builders are mandated to execute a registered conveyance deed of the undivided proportionate title in common areas to the association of allottees within three months of obtaining the occupation certificate or the completion certificate. Despite this legal obligation, many builders have failed to comply, leaving apartment owners in a precarious position regarding their ownership rights. This issue was a focal point during a session organized by the Bangalore City Flat Owners’ Association (BCFOWA), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to spreading awareness about the ownership, management, and maintenance of apartments and properties. Over 30 members from various apartment associations attended the session, highlighting the widespread concern among flat owners.

₹21,000 crore invested in May. All this money, the brokerage said, has led to the “water in the pond… reaching higher and higher levels." This refers to all the new money driving stock prices to newer highs. KIE analysts further said that “the pond’s water could be at risk of turning into steam and disappearing altogether," but investors are busy “rolling in the lucre." So, is this an escalation of commitment on KIE’s part in order to defend what it said in September? Or is it just unhappy about how stock prices have continued to rise fast after its bearish call that month? Or is the stock market ‘really’ irrationally exuberant? Any stock brokerage that makes a bold call against the prevailing trend needs to keep defending what it has said.
