Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is set to release the results for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or class 12 exams on Tuesday, while the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or class 10 results will follow soon. Students can check their scores online through the official websites, including mahresult.nic.in and results.gov.in. The HSC results will be announced at 1 pm on Monday. The Maharashtra HSC exams took place from February 21 to March 19, 2024, and the SSC exams were held from March 1 to March 26, 2024. Over 14 lakh students appeared for the HSC exams, and more than 15 lakh students sat for the SSC exams. When the results are announced, MSBSHSE is likely to provide detailed information, such as the top-performing students, overall pass rates, gender-specific pass percentages, and schedules for compartment exams. Students need to score at least 33 marks in each subject to pass the SSC exams. Last year, the SSC exams saw 15,77,256 registered students, including 8,44,116 boys and 7,33,067 girls.

State Bank of India chief–and Mohandas Pai–previously CFO at Infosys– will not be renewing their contract to be part of Byju's board advisory council, sources familiar with the matter said. This adds to the series of troubles the edtech firm finds itself in since last year. Pai and Kumar’s contract ends on June 30 and they are not renewing the contract, people briefed on the matter said. Both Pai and Kumar joined the advisory council following Byju's investors–Peak XV Partners, Prosus and Chan Zuckerberg Initiative–leaving the board of the company last year.
