'Mufasa: The Lion King' OTT release: Where and when to watch the animated Disney movie? Check details
Mufasa: The Lion King', directed by Oscar-winning Moonlight filmmaker Barry Jenkins, is a prequel to 2019's «live action» remake of The Lion King. The movie takes the viewers back to a time when Mufasa and Taka — as Scar was once known — were but young cubs roaming the plains together. The tale is told in flashback to Kiara (Blue Ivy Carter, making her acting debut), the young offspring of Simba (Donald Glover) and Nala (Beyoncé), who've left their daughter — and the rest of the movie — in the babysitting paws of Timon (Billy Eichner), Pumbaa (Seth Rogen) and the wise mandrill Rafiki (John Kani). Amid high anticipation, Mufasa: The Lion King opened to mixed reviews from the critics. However, the advance booking report for the opening day looked impressive. According to a tweet by trade analyst Sumit Kadel, Mufasa: The Lion King is expected to open to a whopping nett collection of somewhere between Rs 10-12 cr in India amid the Pushpa 2 craze, reports Filmibeat. Speaking to the media after a meeting held here to bring about better coordination at the grassroots level, state presidents of parties including the BJP, Kumar's JD(U) and Union minister Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) also rubbished suggestions triggered by Union Home Minister Amit Shah's recent statement. Dilip Jaiswal, state minister and Bihar BJP chief said, «We should understand that Amit Shah was trying to underscore that he was a 'karyakarta' (worker) of a party in which big decisions are taken by the parliamentary board». «But, the leadership role of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had been a given for long. There is no question of going back on that,» asserted Jaiswal.

Permanent alimony of Rs 500 crore sought by wife from US based husband; SC grants Rs 12 crore and warns against misuse of 498A
alimony case, domestic violence and divorce petition, all of them. The wife even filed an FIR against his 85-year-old father, his son from first marriage, his aunt's son, his relatives and his ex-wife who lives in the USA. There was also a twist in this case as the lawyer representing the wife said she wanted to get back with him. However, the husband declined this offer and sought divorce on the ground of cruelty. Moreover, the husband filed a police complaint against his wife claiming that she threatened him with dire consequences like taking her own life and filing false criminal cases against him and his family. The primary reason behind the long police, family court, supreme court proceedings was demand for more alimony by wife after taking Rs 12 lakh from her husband during the course of their married life. This was despite his wife having Rs 1.05 crore worth of bank FDs, cash, etc. His wife argued that he had both the means and ability to provide more alimony. She also claimed that her husband had Rs 5,000 crore worth of assets, a USA based business and multiple house properties in Pune, Bhopal and in other cities. While the husband was ready to offer Rs 20 to 40 lakh as permanent alimony, his wife demanded at least Rs 500 crore and one of the properties owned by the husband's 85-year-old father.
