It traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 51.33 and a price-to-book ratio of 5.64.

FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which operates Nykaa will be in focus today as the company reported strong numbers in the second quarter ended September 2024. Nykaa reported 66% growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 13 crore in the second quarter. It was Rs 7.8 crore in the last quarter.

Acme Solar Holdings will debut at the bourses today. Ahead of the listing, the company's shares were trading with a discounted GMP of Rs 4 in the grey market. Considering the upper price band of Rs 289, the current GMP indicates a negative premium over the issue price.

Vodafone Idea will be in focus as the company will announce its second quarter results today. The telco is expected to narrow its consolidated losses for the quarter ended September 2024, while revenues are likely to grow marginally. Net losses for the quarter may narrow in the range of Rs 6300-6400 crore, according to estimates from three brokerages. Revenues are seen rising 5% year-on-year in the September quarter.

Do you think the excesses of the Trump rally are getting shaken off a little? Andrew Holland: Yes, you are bound to see a little bit of slowdown in the index after its rise but one thing that has clearly happened is that all the attention and all the focus is now on the US and that is what we have seen in terms of the markets not just the equity market, but obviously the currency and to some extent crypto as well. I do not see that stopping. I think that is going to be the kind of theme as Trump puts together his administration and America first kind of comes out of this.
