Bank of India cuts home loan rates: Bank of India (BOI),  a leading public sector bank, has lowered its new home loan rates to 8.3% from 8.45% and removed processing fees until the end of this month. Bengaluru water crisis: In the wake of the prevailing water crisis in Bengaluru, the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) will commence the installation drive of tap aerators from Thursday, March 21, in a bid to conserve water. This installation drive will cover buildings, commercial establishments, industries, luxury hotels, restaurants and other public areas in the city. On Tuesday, March 19, the Bengaluru water management body made it compulsory for bulk consumers in the tech hub to use aerators in taps by March 31.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 17.33 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:29PM shares and turnover at Rs 1.56 crore around that time. The stock of Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 586.35 and 52-week low prices of Rs 420.35, respectively.

Shriram Finance Ltd. fell 0.42 per cent to Rs 2305.0 in Thursday's trade as of 01:14PM (IST) even as the benchmark Nifty ruled at 22005.55, up 166.46 points. The scrip had closed at Rs 2314.85 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week low of Rs 1202.8 and a high of Rs 2535.0. The company quoted a market-cap of Rs 86411.27 crore on the BSE.

Shree Cements Ltd. traded 1.62 per cent up in Thursday's trade at 01:19PM (IST). Around 247 shares changed hands on the counter. The scrip opened at Rs 25030.55 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 25395.0 and Rs 24945.65, respectively, in the session so far. Shares of the company of Shree Cements Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 30710.15 and a 52-week low of Rs 22601.3.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. traded at Rs 1657.7 on BSE at 12:48PM (IST) on Thursday, up 1.06 per cent from previous close. The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1056.0 and a high of Rs 1739.95.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. traded 0.42 per cent up at Rs 141.3 on Thursday at around 12:28PM (IST), while the benchmark BSE Sensex advanced 381.14 points to 72482.83. As many as 1,048,943 shares changed hands on the counter with a total value of Rs 14.89 crore.

Lupin Ltd. traded at Rs 1608.15 on BSE at 12:33PM (IST) on Thursday, up 2.91 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 628.1 and a high of Rs 1703.8. Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd. gained 0.6 per cent to Rs 1050.45 at 12:38PM (IST) in Thursday's trade. The counter has hit a high of Rs 1059.75 and low of Rs 1048.8 so far during the session. The stock had closed at Rs 1044.1 in the previous session. The counter has had a total traded volume of 9012 shares so far with a value of Rs 0.96 crore on the NSE. It traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 27.48 and a price-to-book ratio of 4.37.
