PTI, Yogesh Kadian, hailing from Beri village in Haryana's Jhajjar district, is facing charges in multiple cases, which encompass criminal conspiracy, attempted murder, actions carried out by a group of individuals with shared intentions, and violations of the Arms Act, according to officials. Mumbai: The Indian Hotels Co. Ltd which operates the Taj brand of hotels besides SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger Hotels, reposted a consolidated net profit of ₹167 crore in the September quarter, up 37% from a year earlier. Its revenue grew 18% to ₹1,481 crore, while consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (ebitda) was up 26% to ₹402 crore.

Reliance Industries (RIL), India's largest company by market capitalisation, on Friday (October 27) reported a 29.7 per cent year-on-year rise in its September quarter consolidated net profit at ₹19,878 crore. EBITDA, too, saw a healthy 30.2 per cent YoY rise to ₹44,867 crore while the EBITDA margin jumped 390 bps YoY to 17.5 per cent. Gross revenue, however, inched up marginally by 1.2 per cent YoY to ₹2,55,996 crore, supported by consumer businesses.

Reliance Retail Q2 net profit up 21% to ₹2,790 crore
₹2,790 crore, up from ₹2,305 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations grew 19.5% from ₹57,694 crore to ₹68,937 crore, with growth momentum across consumption baskets led by food and grocery, which grew by 33%, the company said. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) from operations rose 30.8% to ₹5,607 crore from ₹4,286 crore in the September 2022 quarter.
