NPCI is also in talks with other countries in the USA, Europe, and West Asia to extend UPI services.

France may adopt India's Unified Payments Interface (UPI) for faster payments, according to media reports. As per reports, the two countries will discuss the launch of UPI in France during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit. The launch will be along the lines of India-Singapore fast payment linkage.

Hectar Global has raised $2.1 million in a seed funding round led by Powerhouse Ventures. NEW DELHI : Mauritius-based foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) trading Indian derivatives are under heightened scrutiny by the Indian tax department, two people with direct knowledge of the matter said. Several FPIs have received queries from the tax department seeking additional details related to ‘commercial substance’ and control residing in Mauritius.

Singapore investment firm Temasek Holdings on Tuesday posted a 5.2% drop in its net portfolio value to S$382 billion ($284.65 billion) in the financial year that ended in March. New Delhi: A Delhi High Court division bench on Monday heard the appeal filed by the resolution professional (RP) of Go First, challenging an interim order issued by a single bench on 5 July, allowing the lessors to inspect the airline’s fleet, as it would be disastrous for Go First in its efforts to resume operations. Neeraj Kishan Kaul, counsel appearing for the RP, said the order disregarded a proposed resolution approved by Committee of Creditors, and submitted to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
