PB Fintech on Wednesday said its board has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for payment aggregator business. The new subsidiary called PB Pay Private Limited would “carry on the business of payment aggregator – domestic and / or cross border or both, as may be permitted by the Reserve Bank of India, by facilitating merchants with offline and/or digital payment acceptance infrastructure or both," the company said in a regulatory filing. ₹155.65 crore. Vistara is currently a 51:49 joint venture of Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines. After the merger, Singapore Airlines will hold a 25.1% stake in the merged entity.

Lalu Prasad's daughter Rohini Acharya, who is based in Singapore, is being considered for a Lok Sabha ticket from the Saran seat, earlier represented by her father, a senior party leader said on Tuesday. RJD MLC Sunil Kumar Singh, who is known to be treated by Prasad's wife Rabri Devi as her own brother, said the party leadership has been apprised of the overwhelming public sentiment in Saran. Singh, who had recently raised many eyebrows when he openly pitched for Acharya on social media, said, «It was not just my view. All our sitting and former legislators in Saran are of the view that Rohini, and none else, should be the RJD candidate.» He said Acharya enjoyed respect on account of her «sacrifice», a reference to her having donated a kidney to her ailing father.

IndiGo on Thursday announced introducing 11 new connections under its extended codeshare agreement with Australia’s national airline, Qantas Airways, starting from March 31, 2024. «With ticket sales going live from March 12, 2024, IndiGo customers can now fly across major tourist and economic hubs in Australia, from Sydney and Melbourne to Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, and Perth,» the company said in a press note. With the new codeshare connections, customers will be able to continue their journey within Australia on Qantas-operated domestic flights to three additional cities— Adelaide, Canberra, and Gold Coast. It will also provide Indian tourists as well as business and leisure travellers with more options to explore destinations across Australia, especially during the upcoming summer season.
