In her memoir, Spears describes the video as showing «a woman who looks like me cheats on him, and he wanders around sad in the rain.» She explains that the media frenzy surrounding the video turned her into a «harlot who'd broken the heart of America's golden boy,» despite the reality being that she was «comatose in Louisiana,» nursing a broken heart, while Timberlake was «happily running around Hollywood,» the reports said. In a previous revelation, Spears mentioned having an abortion during her relationship with Timberlake. She recalls telling Timberlake about the pregnancy and his response, saying, «He said we weren't ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.» Spears expresses her love for Timberlake and her expectation of having a family with him one day. However, she also acknowledges uncertainty about the decision, stating, «If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it.
