Among them was Amarnath Ghosh, a 34-year-old accomplished Kuchipudi and Bharatnatyam dancer from India, pursuing his master's degree at Washington University. Ghosh, who had migrated from Kolkata to pursue his passion for dance, fell victim to a fatal shooting near St Louis' Academy and Central West End neighborhoods.
