Apple has revealed its flagship smartphone line-up, the iPhone 15 series. These devices not only boast a sleek titanium body and a host of innovative features but also come at prices that are bound to turn heads.

iPhone 15 standard models may be impacted by this issue, whereas the Pro models could potentially feature the fastest charging speed ever witnessed on an iPhone. Quoting a post from user Majin Bu on August 24, various media outlets have indicated that Apple's USB Type-C cables for the standard iPhone 15 may carry only a 2.0 certification, potentially leading to reduced charging speeds and data transfer rates.

Apple is said to be preparing to unveil two additional color choices for the iPhone 15 Pro: grey and blue. Simultaneously, the company intends to phase out the gold and purple color variants for the iPhone 15 Pro. Reportedly, the upcoming grey color variant is described as a more subdued tone of titanium.

Apple is likely to be delayed this year.  Traditionally, Apple unveils its new iPhone models in September, making them available for purchase a few days later in the same month. However, the iPhone 12 series experienced a delay in its launch due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.  This year, the upcoming iPhone 15 series might face a similar postponement, with the possibility of hitting the markets only in October instead of September.  According to Bank of America (BoA) analyst Wamsi Mohan, who accessed supply chain audits, the launch of the iPhone 15 could be pushed back by a few weeks, shifting the debut into the December quarter.

iPhone 16 Pro Max may come with a super telephoto periscope camera to increase optical zoom on the phone.  The report states that cameras with a focal length over 300mm are typically given the label "super" or "ultra" telephoto due to their ability to greatly magnify and capture distant subjects. In the case of the Apple iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro models, their telephoto camera has a focal length equivalent to 77mm. If the iPhone 16 Pro Max were to feature a focal length exceeding 300mm, it would represent a substantial and significant increase.
