NEW DELHI : Tata Group-backed Air India is set to induct the first of the 470 aircraft it had ordered, with the Airbus A350 expected to arrive at Delhi airport Saturday morning, people aware of the development told Mint. Flexible office operator Awfis Space Solutions Limited has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), aiming to raise Rs 160 crores through its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company intends to allocate the net proceeds from the offering towards capital expenditure for establishing new centers, funding working capital requirements, and addressing general corporate needs, as outlined in the DRHP. “Notably, this IPO marks a milestone as the first by any indigenous flexible office operator in India. Despite its small size, Awfis stands out due to its asset-light managed space model and a distinctive managed aggregation supply approach for landlords, resulting in the largest number of centers across the country,” mentioned DRHP. The proposed IPO entails an offer for the sale of up to 10,023,172 equity shares, with Peak XV Partners Investments V, Bisque Limited, and Link Investment Trust planning to offload stakes.

AMC Repo Clearing, the tri-party repo company the Finance Ministry launched in July, has waived transaction charges for three months and is set to increase the size of orders on its platform as it looks to draw in more participants in India's relatively shallow corporate bond market. «They (the AMC Repo) have waived the transaction charges for three months starting from December 11 for tri-party repos in corporate debt securities and there is a plan to increase the size of orders from ₹50 crore at present to ₹200 crore going ahead,» a source aware of the developments said. «By increasing the order size it brings down operational costs because an entity which wishes to execute a deal worth ₹200 crore for example will not have to pay multiple transaction costs,» the source said. Russia continued to be the top source for India’s oil imports in October, accounting for nearly 30% of the crude brought into the country, official data showed. At $3.78 billion, the value of the crude oil supply from Russia increased 44% year-on-year (y-o-y) in October from $2.62 billion in October 2022.
