Carlyle Group is mulling sale of its 2% stake in YES Bank via blockdeal. The size of the deal is estimated at Rs 1,500 crore and the block deal is expected on Friday. Goldman Sachs is said to be the broker to the deal, CNBC TV18 reported citing its sources.

According to the sources, the email ID from which Delhi NCR schools were sent the threat letter is '[email protected].' The investigation so far has revealed that 'Sawariim' (clashing of the swords) is an Arabic word, that has been used by the Islamic State since 2014 to spread Islamist propaganda.

Paramount fully exited Viacom18 last month after selling its remaining 13.01% stake to RIL for ₹4,286 crore ($517 million). The company will continue to licence its content to Viacom18. Its Paramount+ streaming service is available on Viacom18’s JioCinema as a content block under the premium subscription tier. Demand for these minerals is growing quickly with clean energy transitions gathering pace. Speaking during an event here, Rao said, «When it comes to mining, we have done a lot of auctions. We have put 38 blocks (critical mineral) on auction… We are going to come up with the next auction in end June so this auction process will continue,» the secretary explained.
