₹400 to ₹425 in the unlisted market, a report by Economic Times stated. The company, now valued at ₹1.5 lakh crore on the platform for unlisted stocks, is the third biggest non-bank lender by market capitalisation - just after the Bajaj twins, it highlighted. Bajaj Finance currently has a market capitalisation of ₹4.47 lakh crore, whereas Bajaj Finserv and Jio Financial Services command market capitalisations of ₹2.53 lakh crore and ₹1.37 lakh crore, respectively, added ET report.

ESAF Small Finance Bank IPO: Listing date of the initial public offering (IPO) of ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has been fixed on 10th November 2023 i.e. today. As per the BSE notification, "...effective from Friday, November 10, 2023, the equity shares of ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group of Securities." BSE notice went on to add that ESAF Small Finance Bank share price will list on BSE and NSE in special pre-open session during Friday deals.

MUMBAI : Fevicol maker Pidilite Industries is seeking to strengthen its partnerships with vendors and contractors before it forays into the non-banking financing business with the acquisition of an existing company, said Bharat Puri, managing director and chief executive officer, Pidilite. According to press statement released late on Wednesday, Pidilite will be acquiring Pargro Investments Pvt. Ltd, which is owned by its promoter group.

Nitish Kumar's JD(U) on Thursday reached the state legislature armed with copies of NCERT books to defend their leader who is in the eye of a storm over use of crudely graphic language in both Houses. InCred Financial Services is set to raise Rs 500 crore ($60 million) in a fresh round of funding from a clutch of investors, including corporate treasuries, global private equity funds, family offices and ultra-high-networth individuals. In a release issued on Thursday, the lending company said that it has already received the full commitment and post the closure of the round, will achieve a valuation of a billion dollars, thereby entering the unicorn club. The release, however, did not name any of the investors.
