EMS IPO Subscription Status: The initial public offering (IPO) of water treatment and waste water management company EMS opened on Friday, September 8, and has been subscribed 3.74 times, receiving positive response from all categories of investors. The public issue will remain open for bidding till Tuesday, September 12 2023. The book build issue aims to raise ₹321.24 crore from the issue.

₹31.09 crore worth Meson Valves IPO is a fresh issue of 30.48 lakh shares of face value of ₹10 each. The SME IPO price band has been fixed at ₹102 per share. In the IPO, the company reserved 47.44% shares each for retail investors and non-institutional investors (NII).

As per the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) of the public issue, the Cellecor Gadgets Limited IPO has been proposed for listing on NSE SME exchange and the company aims to raise 50.77 crore from its initial offer.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics vide special resolution on July 03, 2023. The floor price for the delisting of shares, as per regulations, has been determined at ₹292 per share, while Transworld Holdings has provided its intention to acquire shares of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics at an indicative price of ₹338 apiece. This price is 11.33% lower than Thursday’s closing of ₹381.20 per share on the BSE.

Marico Ltd. rose 0.09 per cent to Rs 584.45 in Friday's trade as of 11:57AM (IST) even as the benchmark Nifty ruled at 19811.35, up 84.3 points. The scrip had closed at Rs 583.9 in the previous session.

CLSA has maintained a buy call on Adani Ports stock with a target price of ₹878, implying an 8 per cent upside potential in the stock from its September 7 closing of ₹809.60 on BSE. The brokerage firm said Adani Ports looks to be on track for a strong Q2FY24 despite slowing global trade, with Aug-23 traffic up 17 per cent year-on-year (YoY) (up 13 per cent YoY ex-Haifa mergers and acquisitions). CLSA highlighted that port traffic was led by containers and gasification of cargo mix of traffic, while coal imports picked up following a demand spike, improved viability and a government decree.
