On July 31, a report by the Financial Times  reported that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had requested Coinbase to cease all cryptocurrency trading, including Ethereum, with Bitcoin being the only exception, before taking legal action against the company.

Zomato, recently shared a peep into his fitness journey in an Instagram post. New Delhi: India is poised to establish itself as one of the largest solar module manufacturers in the world and is witnessing the fastest growing capacity in renewable energy, said Raj Kumar Singh, Union minister of power and renewable energy. New Delhi: Despite global economic uncertainties and a funding winter seen in the startup sector at large, investments in proptech firms dipped by a mere 3% to $719 million in 2022, according to a report by Housing.com. The report highlights that the sector has witnessed a cumulative investment of nearly $4 billion between 2009 and 2022, boasting an impressive compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 49%. Funding in proptech firms marginally declined from $742 million in the previous year, but certain segments within the industry drew substantial investor interest.

Glitch, a blockchain-agnostic protocol, in partnership with Lumos Labs, has announced the launch of their DeFi-focussed hackathon Buidl On Glitch Hack 2023. Aimed at uplifting the DeFi ecosystem, the hackathon seems to be offering a reward pool worth $10,000.

Adani Total Gas Q1 Results: Adani Total Gas announced its April-June quarter results for fiscal 2023-24 (Q1FY24) on August 1, reporting a rise of 9 per cent in consolidated net profit at ₹150 crore, compared to ₹138 crore in the corresponding period last year. The gas distributer's revenue from operations in the first quarter of current fiscal stood at ₹1,056.1 crore, registering a marginal rise of 1.3 per cent, compared to ₹1,042.3 crore in the year-ago period.
