Shares of Wipro Ltd.(up 1.14 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 0.93 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(up 0.87 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.43 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.

Shares of Tata Motors Ltd.(up 0.91 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 0.78 per cent), Exide Industries Ltd.(up 0.62 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 0.37 per cent) and Bharat Forge Ltd.(up 0.12 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.

Shares of Exide Industries Ltd.(up 4.12 per cent), Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd.(up 3.27 per cent), Bosch Ltd.(up 3.26 per cent), Balkrishna Industries Ltd.(up 3.25 per cent) and Apollo Tyres Ltd.(up 1.76 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.

Aster DM Healthcare on Monday announced its expansion plan for Aster CMI Hospital, a multispecialty hospital in Bengaluru. The unit will have an additional infrastructure expansion of 300,000 sq feet thereby increasing its bed capacity from the existing 500 beds to 850 beds. With this development, the company is further strengthening its presence in Bengaluru, reaching a cumulative bed strength of 1602 beds, thereby becoming one of the largest healthcare providers in the city. The Company will invest around Rs. 250 crore to upgrade the existing facility which is expected to be commissioned by the fiscal year 2027. Spread across an area of 4.45 lakh square feet in Hebbal, Bangalore, Aster CMI Hospital, is one of the leading super-specialty hospitals with contemporary state-of-the-art facilities offering comprehensive primary care to quaternary care services, the hospital said in a press statement.

On the BSE, Retro Green Revoluti(down 18.93 per cent), CMI FPE(down 13.18 per cent), Nutech Global(down 12.32 per cent), Regency Investments(down 10.24 per cent) and Ashirwad Steels(down 9.98 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

On the BSE, Kiran Syntex(down 20.00 per cent), Ashapuri Gold Ornam(down 12.18 per cent), Quantum Build-Tech(down 10.00 per cent), Trio Mercantile(down 10.00 per cent) and Kore Foods (down 9.98 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

Sobha Ltd.(up 0.83 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.6 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 0.46 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 0.33 per cent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 0.18 per cent) were among the top gainers. Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 1.41 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd.(down 0.89 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.73 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(down 0.41 per cent) and Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.04 per cent) were the top losers on the index. The Nifty Realty index was down 0.16 per cent at 586.0 at the time of writing this report. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 15.6 points at 20176.75, while the BSE Sensex was down 101.48 points at 67737.15. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 30 were trading in the green, while 20 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, JP Power, Suzlon Energy and IOB were among the most traded shares on the NSE. Shares of KIOCL, GMR Power and Urban, IOB, UCO Bank and Adroit Infotech hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while J B Chemicals, Setubandhan Infra, Penta Gold, Sri Adhikari and CMI Ltd hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.

However, stocks such as CMI Ltd, Penta Gold, Rajvir Ind, FutureLifestyleFash and Sanco Industries, touched their fresh 52-week lows. Overall, 31 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 19 closed in the red. In the Nifty 50 index, Coal India Ltd, Wipro, HCL Tech, UltraTech Cem.

Sona BLW Precision Forgings(up 1.85 per cent), TIINDIA(up 1.66 per cent), Bharat Forge(up 1.46 per cent), Samvardhana Motherson International(up 1.38 per cent) and Tata Motors(up 1.06 per cent) were among the top gainers. Mahindra & Mahindra(down 0.75 per cent) and Maruti Suzuki(down 0.16 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

AU Small Finance Bank(up 0.59 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 0.34 per cent) were among the top gainers. Bank of Baroda(down 2.18 per cent), State Bank of India(down 2.17 per cent), Punjab National Bank(down 1.12 per cent), IndusInd Bank(down 0.98 per cent) and Federal Bank(down 0.94 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

On the BSE, Shine Fashions(down 12.73 per cent), Kriti Ind(down 11.66 per cent), Gyscoal Alloys(down 10.60 per cent), DCM Nouvelle(down 10.05 per cent) and Gautam Gems(down 9.99 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session. In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks traded in the green, while 17 stocks traded in the red.
