IPOs This Week: The primary market witnessed some major listings in both main board and small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) segments last month, which kept investors engaged with subscriptions and listings. Moving on, the upcoming week sees strong market buzz for September, which is similarly packed with new listings and initial public offering (IPO) issues, that are available for subscription. Last week, two mainboard IPOs - Rishabh Instruments Limited and Ratnaveer Precision Engineering listed raising a total of ₹655.8 crore.

Mark Cuban, an American businessman, investor, film producer, and television personality, lost about $8,70,000 to a crypto scam late on September 15. On-chain sleuth Wazz first noticed the unusual transactions in the MetaMask cryptocurrency wallet labelled 'Mark Cuban 2' on EtherScan. The wallet had been inactive for more than five months, reports CryptoSlate. «Lmao, did Mark Cuban's wallet just get drained? Wallet inactive for 160 days and all assets just moved,» Wazz posted on X (formerly Twitter). The news was first reported by DLNews.

Airtable, a low-code platform for building collaborative apps, has announced to lay off about 27% of the workforce, or 237 employees, in the second round of job cuts. According to Forbes, the cuts are part of a strategy to focus the company on winning large enterprise clients while also controlling spending.

Artificial Intelligence is transforming Slack, the widely used workplace messaging platform, its CEO said just nine months after taking on one of the most high-profile jobs in Silicon Valley. Lidiane Jones was handed the reins to Slack after the departure of its cofounder and CEO Stewart Butterfield who exited two years after his company's acquisition by Salesforce, the San Francisco-based enterprise software giant.

Madhusudhan Masala IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) Madhusudhan Masala will open for subscription on Monday, September 21. The homegrown spice manufacturer has set the price band at ₹66 to ₹70 per share for the public issue. The SME IPO will close on Thursday, September 21.

Techknowgreen Solutions IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) company Techknowgreen Solutions Limited opens on Monday, September 18, 2023. The company aims to raise ₹16.72 crore through the public issue. It is a fixed price issue at ₹86 per equity share, at a face value of ₹10 per share.

Indian Air Force in a recent announcement, officially declared plans to buy around 100 more made-in-India LCA Mark 1A fighter jets, giving a boost to the indigenous aerospace sector. Indian Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari announced this plan in Spain in an exclusive interaction with ANI upon receiving the first C-295 transport aircraft in Spain. TotalEnergies SE is in talks to invest in renewable energy projects developed by Adani Green Energy Ltd., people familiar with the matter said, potentially marking the first public deal between the French oil giant and Gautam Adani since a short-seller leveled fraud allegations against the Indian billionaire’s business empire. Total is looking to buy stakes in some of Adani Green’s projects as part of its drive to expand its portfolio of clean energy projects, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the discussions are private. The French group could invest about $700 million in total into the projects, one of the people said. Deliberations are ongoing and there’s no certainty for a transaction, the people said.
