Supreme Court on Tuesday said Patanjali Ayurved Managing Director Acharya Balkrishna and cofounder and self-styled yoga guru Baba Ramdev are still «not off the hook,» despite the duo tendering “unqualified and unconditional apology” in person for promoting misleading advertisements of their ayurveda products. The apex court also gave Ramdev and Balkrishna a week’s time to take steps “to redeem themselves and demonstrate” their bona fides in relation to the advertisements and asked both to be present before it on April 23, the next hearing. A bench comprising justices Hima Kohli and Ahsanuddin Amanullah, conversing in Hindi, noted that Ramdev had made significant contributions to yoga. But Justice Kohli said: “We have not decided whether to forgive you or not. We will think about it. Your history is similar. We are keeping in mind your previous role. UPS security show social Equality rights orienteering Financial How increasing earning and wealth have made personal financial decisions truly 'personal'
We were talking about how things have changed for the better, with many middle-aged people making independent choices about their lives, time, money and interests. The conversation shifted to social media posts that show middle-aged people learning music and dance, art and sport, and about how they travel and tour, feeling free to pursue their old and new interests. As is my wont, I see all of this as some measure of easing up with money. It takes a sense of security about money to let go of fears, apprehensions and worries about the future, and focus more on the present. There has to be a shift from scarcity mindset to generosity mindset to be willing to spend, to be positive about new things and focus on oneself without guilt. There is enough for everyone; everything is plentiful now and shall be in the future; and there is no need to suffer and be a martyr. That feeling is liberating.

Citizens security Justice Equality Courts rights politician Ambedkar Jayanti 2024: Why is Article 32 considered the 'heart and soul' of the Indian Constitution
Ambedkar Jayanti 2024: April 14 marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, affectionately known as Babasaheb Ambedkar, revered by his followers as a champion of justice and equality. Each year, this occasion is commemorated not only by government officials and politicians but also by countless admirers both within India and around the world. Dr. Ambedkar's legacy is deeply intertwined with the Constitution of India, which he played a pivotal role in drafting to secure the rights of marginalised communities, particularly Dalits. Among the many provisions of the Constitution, Dr. Ambedkar held one article in particular as paramount — Article 32. In the constituent assembly debates, he described it as the «heart and soul» of the Constitution, without which it would be rendered meaningless. Article 32 ensures the enforcement of Fundamental Rights enshrined in Part III of the Constitution, including the right to equality, life, and freedom from discrimination. This article empowers citizens to directly approach the Supreme Court if their Fundamental Rights are violated or not being upheld. It serves as a safeguard against legislative encroachment on these rights, ensuring that they are not suspended except as provided by the Constitution itself. Article 32 is not only integral to the basic structure of the Constitution but is also considered a Fundamental Right in itself.
