'Fight polls as if I'm contesting all 70 seats', Kejriwal appeals to AAP workers in Delhi
AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Monday delivered a strong message to the district and booth-level party workers, asserting that their loyalty should not lie with any individual MLA or councillor, but should be tied directly to him. With Assembly elections due in Delhi early next year, Kejriwal also emphasised that the party will decide on its candidates based purely on performance and work, and not on political favouritism. Outlining his vision for the upcoming Assembly elections, Kejriwal said during an event at Kirari in north-west Delhi, «Your loyalty should not lie with any MLA or councillor. You should work as if I am contesting all the 70 seats (in Delhi).» «We will distribute tickets based on performance and rigorous surveys. It does not matter if an MLA or councillor is not selected; your allegiance should be with me as I am in front of you in all the seats,» he added.

SC dismisses Sebi's appeals against SAT relief for Reliance, promoters
Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the Securities and Exchange Board of India's appeals against a Securities Appellate Tribunal’s (SAT) July order that set aside the market regulator's penalty of Rs 25 crore imposed on Reliance Industries (RIL), its promoters Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani and others in April 2021 for violating takeover norms in a case related to the acquisition of RIL shares between 1994-2000. The apex court also dismissed another Sebi appeal against SAT’s December 4 order that set aside the Rs 25-crore penalty imposed by the market regulator on RIL, Rs 15 crore on Mukesh Ambani, Rs 20 crore on Navi Mumbai SEZ and Rs 10 crore on Mumbai SEZ for their alleged role in the manipulation of prices of Reliance Petroleum Ltd (RPL)s shares in November 2007. While the appellate tribunal had quashed the penalties against Mukesh Ambani, Navi Mumbai SEZ, and Mumbai SEZ in the same case, it upheld SEBI's penalty against Reliance Industries. Isolated monarch? Sick, cancer-struck King Charles revealed as powerless, unable to control Prince William and Prince Andrew
Prince Andrew, and son, Prince William, King Charles appeared to be a lonely king on Sunday as he attended a crucial veterans' memorial event in London without his wife, Queen Camilla, who is battling a chest infection, as quoted in a report by the Daily Beast. In a shocking blow to the authority of the cancer-stricken king, William laid out plans for a radical shift in tone during his reign, subtly criticizing Charles in a move that would have been unimaginable prior to the king's cancer diagnosis. The contrast between William's and his father's fortunes was made all the clearer by the triumphant presence of Kate Middleton. Charles was already smarting from his brother, Andrew, comprehensively winning the so-called Siege of Royal Lodge this weekend.
