Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) on Tuesday said it has launched the all-new bike SP160 in the country with price starting at Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-showroom). The 160cc-bike comes in two trims tagged at Rs 1.17 lakh and Rs 1.21 lakh respectively.

According to electronics industry market researcher GfK India, the share of such premium televisions in total sales has grown almost four times since 2019 in the first six months of this year. GfK India data show the number of laptops priced above Rs 50,000 stood at 69% of the total models launched in the January-June period compared with 47% in the same period of 2019.

Honda Cars India on Tuesday reported a 28 per cent decline in wholesales in the domestic market at 4,864 units in July. Honda Cars India (HCIL) has commenced the production of its latest midsize SUV, the Elevate, at its manufacturing plant in Tapukara, Rajasthan. New Delhi: In its second international acquisition this month, auto parts maker Samwardhana Motherson International on Monday said it will take over German high-end polymer parts maker Dr Schneider's business at an enterprise value of €118 million. The acquisition will expand Motherson's footprint in the interior polymers business with enhanced offerings in premium lighting panels and air vents. The deal follows Motherson's acquisition of Honda's Yachiyo sunroof business earlier this month.
