DLF is expecting Rs 26,000 crore in revenue from its new super-luxury project in Gurugram at the current selling price, and the sales numbers may rise further due to high demand, its MD Ashok Tyagi said on Saturday. DLF has done a pre-launch of its 17-acre super-luxury housing project The Dahlias at DLF 5, Gurugram, and has received a good response from the customers. It received RERA approval at the beginning of this month to launch this project. The company will develop around 420 ultra-luxury apartments in this project. The minimum size of an apartment is 10,300 square feet. In a conference call with market analysts, DLF MD Tyagi informed that the company expects a revenue of Rs 26,000 crore from this super luxury project.

Panchshil Realty affiliated entity Wagholi Estates has sold a prime land parcel spread over 4.8 acres in Pune's Wagholi locality to a city-based realty developer Vilas Javdekar Infinitee Developers for over Rs 103 crore. The plot sold is part of this larger land parcel on which Panchshil Realty is developing an information technology park. “We are developing a 4.5 million sq ft IT park-led project in Wagholi and out of this large layout, 1 million sq ft residential potential to be built over nearly 5 acres has been sold through this deal. This is part of our new concept of mixed use including residential and commercial spaces,” said a Panchshil Realty spokesperson while confirming the transaction.

BJP on Saturday accused Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra of «non-disclosure of essential information» regarding her and her husband Robert Vadra's assets in her affidavit to contest the Lok Sabha by-poll from Kerala's Wayanad. BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia claimed that Gandhi is in violation of the Supreme Court's directive to poll candidates to make a full disclosure of their, their spouse's and dependents' assets. «The Supreme Court order is binding on all citizens. The Gandhi family is not above law. There can be only one outcome. If somebody furnishes wrong information in the affidavit, they have no right to contest elections,» Bhatia told reporters here.

Meta on Friday announced a strategic collaboration with 'IndiaAI' at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to drive advancement of open source AI innovation, R&D and skill development in India.
