US District Judge Kevin Castel on Tuesday said Fairstein plausibly alleged that Netflix, director Ava DuVernay and writer-producer Attica Locke acted with actual malice as to five scenes in «When They See Us.»

Renewable energy company Avaada Group on Thursday announced setting up a green hydrogen and ammonia manufacturing unit at Gopalpur Industrial Park of Tata Steel SEZ Ltd in Odisha. Tata Steel Special Economic Zone (TSSEZL) for 343 acres land to set up a green hydrogen and green ammonia project at Gopalpur Industrial Park (GIP) in Odisha. Early on Saturday, the National Weather Service in San Diego noted that Hilary had accelerated and deviated slightly eastward in its trajectory. Consequently, the period with the most pronounced impacts from the hurricane is projected to span from Sunday morning until evening. In light of these conditions, the National Weather Service is advising residents to take precautions such as securing valuable items in and around their homes and refraining from driving on roads that are submerged due to flooding.
