The primary contention in the Family Court ruling was the partial compliance with the consent terms, particularly regarding alimony. As per the agreement, Chahal had agreed to pay a permanent alimony of Rs 4.75 crore to Verma, of which Rs 2.37 crore had already been paid, Bar & Bench reported. The Family Court viewed the non-payment of the remaining amount as non-compliance, leading to the rejection of the waiver plea. Lok Sabha debate recordings will be made available to researchers on the IndiaAI Datasets Platform (IDP), announced IT minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in Delhi on Tuesday. An MoU in this regard between the IndiaAI Mission and the Lok Sabha was signed on Tuesday, he revealed.
