FPI holdings in Indian stocks reached their lowest level in a decade at 16.6%, according to a research report by ICICI Securities. Smallcap and midcap stocks have outperformed largecap stocks this year and on a 12-month basis. According to Trendlyne data, the Nifty Smallcap 100 index has advanced 39% on a year-to-date basis and nearly 43% in the last year, while returns by Nifty Midcap 100 are around 28% and 35%, respectively. FPIs are traditionally less inclined towards small and midcap stocks compared to largecap peers, the report said. On the other hand, largecaps have been at the receiving end of this trend, having witnessed a dip in their FPI holdings.

Servotech Power Systems saw its shares jump 5% to ₹79.10 apiece in Thursday's early trade. This positive uptick in shares came after the company received an order for EV chargers.

₹387.65 apiece on the BSE. Honasa Consumer, the parent company of digital skincare firm Mamaearth, reported a net profit of ₹30 crore in Q2FY24, which doubled from the same period last year. Its revenue from operations grew 21% to ₹496 crore.

The Nifty future closed positive with gains of 0.23% at 19886 levels on Wednesday. India VIX was down by 2.98% from 12.23 to 11.86 levels. IREDA IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd opened for subscription on Tuesday. Three day subscription of the public issue will end on 23rd November 2023, which means investors have just one day in hand to apply for this public offer. As per the IREDA IPO subscription status, the public issue has been subscribed 4.56 times after two days of bidding.
