Indiabulls Housing Finance Rights listed on Friday at ₹92 per share, as against its intrinsic value of ₹88.75, following a strong response to the rights issue last week. The stock surged to a 20% upper circuit after listing, closing at ₹106.50. The intrinsic value of the partly paid shares is calculated by subtracting the pending instalment payment from the Thursday closing price of Indiabulls Housing Finance, resulting in the value of ₹88.75. P2 is there and you, as the government or as a party which is the government, (permission) cannot be granted,» the judge said.
