₹2,638.60 apiece on the BSE. The FMCG giant reported a standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 at ₹2,472 crore, up 8% from ₹2,289 crore in the year ago period. However, net profit dropped 10% sequentially from ₹2,553 crore.

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) share price declined over a percent on Friday ahead of the announcement of June quarter results later today. The stock price fell as much as 1.59% to a low of ₹2,578.10 apiece on the BSE.

₹40 per share, 60 percent higher than the issue price, and on the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹39.95 per share. The public issue opened for subscription on Wednesday, July 12, and ended on Friday, July 14. The company fixed the price band at ₹23 to ₹25 per equity share for the proposed initial public offer.

₹1,320.20 against the previous close of ₹1,449.50 and soon extended its loss to 10 per cent to touch the ₹1,305 mark. Infosys stock traded 8.12 per cent lower at ₹1,331.85 around 9:30 am.

ITC share price climbed 3 per cent to hit its fresh 52-week high of ₹493.40 in intraday trade on BSE on Thursday, boosting the market capitalisation of the stock to over ₹6 lakh crore mark. The stock opened at ₹479.05 against the previous close of ₹478.85 and rose 3 per cent to its 52-week high of ₹493.40. The stock has surged over 44 per cent in the current calendar year against a 10 per cent gain in the equity benchmark Sensex.

Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd. dropped 1.53 per cent to Rs 1151.9 at 02:02PM (IST) in Thursday's trade. The counter hit a high of Rs 1177.55 and low of Rs 1127.85 so far during the session.

Tata Power Company Ltd. traded 0.53 per cent up at Rs 218.35 at around 11:43AM (IST) on Thursday. The stock had closed at Rs 219.5 in the previous session.

Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. gained 0.58 per cent to Rs 1839.15 in Thursday's trade as of 11:17AM (IST).

Reliance Industries - JIO financial Services Demerger: Reliance Industries share price opened at ₹2,580 per share ex-Jio Financial Services (JFSL) after the special pre-open call auction session on the stock exchanges Thursday. On BSE, Reliance share price opened at ₹2,589 apiece, while it started trading at ₹2,580 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Meanwhile, the Jio Financial Services share price was valued at ₹261.85 per share after the pre-opening session.

Krsnaa Diagnostics share price plunged over 10% on Thursday after Rajasthan government terminated tender to supply lab services under National Health Mission. Krsnaa Diagnostics shares began trading at intraday high of ₹486.25 apiece on BSE.  In an exchange filing, the company stated that this was in reference to the acceptance of a letter of award from the National Health Mission (NHM), Rajasthan, which it described as "the authority" for the provision of "Laboratory Services under Free Diagnostics Initiative on HUB and SPOKE Model under NHM" throughout the entire state of Rajasthan to the Company in consortium with the Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd ('TCIL'), which was the lead bidder and a 100% Government of India undertaking.

Shree Cement share price declined over 2 per cent in the morning trade on Thursday, a day after the company said the government ordered an inspection of the company. There were reports already claiming that the government had issued inspection orders against the company for alleged tax evasion which the company had denied earlier. Media reports emerged days back on July 11 only that the government issued an inspection order against Shree Cement.

Reliance-JFSL demerger: The Jio Financial Services share price would list on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at ₹273 per share. This calculation came after Reliance share price settling on NSE at ₹2,580 per share in special pre-open session on Thursday as the RIL stock had ended at ₹2,853 apiece on NSE ( ₹2,853 - ₹2,580).

₹92.60 apiece on BSE.  The company in an exchange filing stated that it had received a "Stop Deal" notice from GETCO dated July 13, 2023, which had been physically received by RPAD on July 19, 2023, and that GETCO had decided to stop doing business with the company for a period of three years on the grounds that the company had allegedly submitted forged MDCC relating to certain Transformers supplied by the company under the Contract awarded for supply of total 29 Transformers and 1 Reactor.  The company confirmed further, stating that, as of right now, it has already provided 24 transformers and 1 reactor to GETCO in accordance with the aforementioned Contract. Additionally, based on past conversations about this matter with GETCO, it has successfully completed additional inspection tests in accordance with GETCO's specifications, and the above-mentioned transformers and reactor supplied under the said contract are in use at GETCO.

BSE SME exchange at a premium on Wednesday. The stock was listed at ₹110.20 per share, 90 percent higher than the issue price of ₹58 on the BSE SME exchange. Kaka Industries shares extended gains and were locked at 5% upper circuit after making a stellar debut.

NTPC share price gained over 5%, while SJVN shares rallied more than 9% on Wednesday after Goldman Sachs initiated coverage on the stocks with Buy ratings.  Goldman Sachs is of the view that India’s power sector is undergoing a generational shift. It believes that in India’s move to shift towards clean energy, the transition led business model upgrades and rising peak deficits will drive re-rating in power stocks.
