American entrepreneur and financial influencer Grant Cardone has listed a massive, luxurious property for sale on Propy’s blockchain-based real estate platform.
The private property in Golden Beach, Florida, USA, has an asking price of $42,000,000.
This is a 7-bed, 8-bath property sitting across 13,000 square feet, with 100ft of private beachfront access and other luxury features.
The platform mints the deed online, and it accepts Bitcoin (BTC), converting it to USD as needed.
Propy mints private addresses on the PropyKeys protocol. This is an on-chain tokenized address market on Coinbase’s Layer 2 network, Base.
“PropyKeys brings real estate onchain through NFT home addresses and aims to bring one million home addresses onchain by 2025,” the announcement said.
Furthermore, Propy uses a decentralized title registry and an escrow settlement protocol.
These have several functions, such as storing land records, facilitating transactions, eliminating fraudulent transactions, and simplifying the home-purchasing process.
Blockchain ensures that all private information remains secure throughout the transaction between the seller and the buyer.
