According to details shared by the Lewiston Police Department, the accused has been identified as 40-year-old Robert Card. The police department has categorized the man as 'armed and dangerous'. To raise awareness about the suspect, the police department shared a photo of the 40-year-old's driver’s license on their Facebook page.
