UPS Man WhatsApp Justice Courts Man forcing wife to leave her job is cruelty, says MP HC; allows woman's divorce plea
Madhya Pradesh High Court said while allowing a woman's divorce plea. The 33-year-old woman works as a manager with a Central government undertaking. She moved the HC after the Family Court dismissed her divorce plea, which claimed her husband was mentally harassing her to leave her job and live with him in Bhopal. In its order of November 13, a division bench of MP High Court comprising Chief Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari overturned the family court's decision and allowed the woman's plea for divorce. «Whether husband or wife wants to live together, it is their wish. markets Provident BLOCK awards Experts Equality Auction to make Indian telcos competitive against foreign cos; Starlink, Kuiper capacity larger than local players: Jio
Spectrum auction will enable local entities to compete with foreign satellite players who can potentially block entry of Indian companies into Satcom space in future, Reliance Jio said in a letter to telecom regulator Trai on Friday. While opposing the proposal to allocate spectrum to Satcom players without auction, Jio said that Elon Musk-owned Starlink and Amazon's Kuiper combined Satcom bandwidth is more than the capacity built by all three leading Indian telecom operators over the years. «Assignment through the auction will provide an opportunity for Indian entities to directly compete with foreign entities, who have blocked First come First Served based ITU (International Telecommunication Union) priority list, and plan their own constellation. In the absence of clarity and certainty of spectrum assignment/priority, no Indian entity will ever be able to launch its own NGSO ( non-geostationary orbit) constellation,» Jio said.

markets Digital Sustainability Research show rock International Samples obtained by Chinese spacecraft show moon's ancient volcanism
lunar volcanism. Researchers said on Friday the soil brought back from the Chang'e-6 landing site contained fragments of volcanic rock — basalt — dating to 4.2 billion years ago and to 2.8 billion years ago. This points to a long period of volcanic activity — at least 1.4 billion years — on the far side during the first half of the moon's history, when it was a more dynamic world than it is today. The moon, like Earth, formed about 4.5 billion years ago. Volcanism on the moon, Earth and other planetary bodies involves the eruption of molten rock from the mantle — the layer just under the outer crust — onto the surface. The landing site in the South Pole-Aitken Basin, an impact crater, is an area with the thinnest crust on the moon, helpful for finding evidence of volcanism.
