Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has sanctioned about 1022 kms of roads under Vibrant Villages Programme (VVP) programme for the state. Khandu, who is on a tw-day tour of Upper Siang district, at Tuting today appealed members of the five resident communities — Memba, Khamba, Adi, Mishmi and Tangam – to coexist peacefully and become equal stakeholders in development of the border areas.
