Microsoft Platform Adventure Ubisoft RPG Xbox classical Assassin's Creed Mirage on Xbox Game Pass? What we know so far
Creed Mirage m Creed Mirage marking a significant milestone in the history of the series. This release not only marks the triumphant return of the franchise but also represents a return to its classic gameplay roots. Following the release of Assassin's Creed Valhalla nearly three years ago, it became evident that while there was nothing inherently wrong with the RPG title, player interest in Ubisoft's long-standing adventure game had waned. It's important to note that as of now, there is no official confirmation from either Ubisoft or Microsoft regarding Assassin's Creed Mirage coming to Xbox Game Pass. No trailers or listings have hinted at such an inclusion. While this news may be disappointing for Game Pass subscribers, it's essential to remember that the service already boasts a vast library of games, with many more anticipated additions on the horizon.Assassin's Creed Mirage is scheduled for release on October 5 for multiple platforms, including PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It's worth mentioning that Ubisoft moved the release date forward by a week from its initial October 12 date, and it will be available at a price of $50 USD, a notable discount compared to the new industry standard of $70. During the recent Apple Wonderlust Event, it was also announced that an iPhone 15 Pro version of Assassin's Creed Mirage is in development and expected to launch in early 2024. This version will mark the first time a mainline Assassin's Creed game runs natively on iOS. With Assassin's Creed Mirage exploring 9th-century Baghdad through the perspective of Basim, the franchise continues its tradition of delving into various historical eras in both European and Middle Eastern history.

Citi Provident Platform Stealth Ubisoft Xbox voice 'Assassin's Creed Mirage': See release date, platforms and more
Assassin's Creed Mirage' was showcased at Gamescom in Cologne. The game, developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux, offers a glimpse into medieval Baghdad. The presentation took place during the influential German video game convention and is scheduled to release on October 5, 2023, for PC, PlayStation and Xbox platforms. The trailer, named «The Round City of Baghdad,» provides a cinematic view of 9th-century Baghdad during its Golden Age. It also delves into the history of the main character, Basim, and the core concept of the Assassin's Creed. Basim voices, «My sword spares the innocent, but not the order of the ancients.» The trailer offers glimpses of stealth and acrobatic gameplay atop the buildings of the Middle Eastern city. Ubisoft Bordeaux's art director, Jean-Luc Sala, discussed the meticulous process of city reconstruction. Drawing on writings from contemporary scholars and collaborating with historians both within and outside Ubisoft, the team aimed to capture Baghdad's authentic essence while incorporating a park-oriented style of play. Sala shed light on Basim's development, a character familiar to fans from the previous installment, Assassin's Creed Valhalla. In 'Mirage,' Basim is depicted as an apprentice still grasping the Creed and the Assassin's way. Sala described him as somewhat naive and grappling with identity, finding purpose through the Creed. Regarding the educational Discovery Tour mode seen in recent series releases, Sala revealed its absence in 'Mirage.' Instead, players will encounter collectibles dispersed throughout the game map in the form of codex pages. To gather all the codex pages, players must explore the in-game world extensively.
