Despite earlier claims in court filings, Herman stated she was «never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods.» The dismissed lawsuits include one against Woods personally and another against the trust, where Herman alleged she was wrongfully evicted from the residence, seeking $30 million in damages. She also filed a suit against Woods regarding a disputed non-disclosure agreement between them. “Erica Herman states that she was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such,” a voluntary dismissal notice filed by her reads.

This deal takes the company’s total office space in the tower to nearly 2 lakh sq ft as it had recently leased 33,000 sq ft here recently. The company has leased the space through its subsidiary 315 Work Avenue Pune Spaces from owner of the property MK Profinlease for monthly rental of nearly Rs 1.32 crore. The lease agreement includes a clause to escalate rentals by 5% after every 12 months.
