NEET UG Admit Card 2024 OUT: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has release the admit cards for NEET UG 2024 on its official website — exams.nta.ac.in and neet.ntaonline.in. The NEET UG entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted in the pen-and-paper (offline) mode on May 5 across 571 cities in India and 14 cities abroad from 2 pm to 5:20 pm, spanning 3 hours and 20 minutes. Essential credentials needed to download the NEET admit card include application number, date of birth (DOB), and security pin.

Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah on Wednesday alleged that deferment of elections on Anantnag-Rajouri Lok Sabha seat is a conspiracy of the ruling BJP to deprive nomads from exercising their right to vote. The aim of deferment is not to help the candidates or voters but to help BJP and its conspiracies,” said Abdullah. The BJP and J&K PC have not fielded candidates in this constituency. The NC leader, who is fighting elections from Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency in northern Kashmir said that the ECI isused the order citing weather conditions on a day when rain stopped.

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Bharti Airtel’s acquisition of an additional 20% stake in its direct-to-home (DTH) arm Bharti Telemedia from an affiliate of New York-headquartered private equity firm Warburg Pincus, people with knowledge of the matter told ET. The competition watchdog is expected to publish a detailed public order on the transaction soon, one of the sources said.
