Coldplay Mumbai ticket resale price will surprise you. 30X jump in a few hours
Coldplay returning to India after a gap of nine years has taken the fandom by storm. While diehard fans of the rock icons are scrambling to lay their hands on the exorbitantly priced tickets, the Coldplay fandom was left devastated when several tickets resurfaced on reselling websites. Earlier, millions of fans had visited the BookMyShow website and app for three shows at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai for a chance at one of the 1.5 lakh seats. However, reseller websites prospered as tickets became scarce and grievances flooded social media. Since then, ticket prices have increased by 10 to 20 times on platforms like Viagogo, and many others have taken to social media to sell «extra» tickets they had already bought. This happened when millions of people were presumably waiting in line for Coldplay's announcement of a third gig in response to the ‘phenomenal’ demand.

Pakistan asking IMF for $7 billion bailout package, could have asked us, says Rajnath Singh in J&K
Rajnath Singh on Sunday said that Pakistan has asked the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a seven-billion-dollar bailout package, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given more than this for the PF package for J&K. «Pakistan is requesting the IMF for a USD 7 billion bailout package. They could have asked India. PM Modi has given more than this in the PF package for J&K. They are in this condition because they domesticated snakes,» said Rajnath Singh while addressing a public rally in Jammu. «We have done whatever we promised in the BJP election manifesto. We spoke about the abrogation of Article 370, and we did it as soon as we got the majority in centre. I feel pained by what Omar Abudullah said and did. He said that he won't fight in elections till the J&K restores statehood, but now he is fighting from two constituencies. Parties like the PDP, NC, and Congress claim that they will give statehood to J&K. How will they? They do not have government in the centre. Without that, it is not possible. Politics should not be done to win in elections. It must be done to build a country,» Rajnath Singh said slamming J&K opposition parties.

'It is an election for stability of J&K and to make India strong': JP Nadda
elections in Jammu and Kashmir are pivotal not just for the security and stability of the region, but for the stability of India as a whole. The BJP president also emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government has transformed India's political landscape by rooting out corruption and delivering pro-people governance. «This is not just an election for the BJP or any other party. It is an election for the stability of Jammu and Kashmir and to make India strong. It is not the election to make an MLA. It is not an election to give blessing to J&K. It is to bring Jammu and Kashmir mainstream of development. It will give Jammu and Kashmir stability,» Nadda told a road-show rally in Jammu city this evening.

IPEF talks’ secrecy, limited public input key concerns: GTRI
Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) negotiations have mostly been conducted in secrecy with limited public input and it raises concerns whether the member countries, including India, were able to protect their key interests, think tank Global Trade Research Initiative (GTRI) said Sunday. It cautioned that the commitments related to the effective administration of tax policy might curtail the ability to raise tax revenue. It said in the supply chain pillar, a major issue is whether the agreement might restrict members from trading critical materials, particularly with China as this could pose challenges for Association of SouthEast Asian Nations (Asean) countries, whose largest trading partner is China. “It is hoped that India has negotiated enough flexibility to avoid strict clauses, such as the not to use export restrictions. These are critical during emergencies, as no country can be expected to supply essential goods when facing its own crisis,” GTRI Founder Ajay Srivastava said.

BSF creates open-air gyms, bathrooms for women along India-Bangladesh border in West Bengal
bathing sheds for women have been created by a BSF battalion deployed in this frontier area of West Bengal to guard the India-Bangaldesh international boundary. The facilities were created following the Union home ministry's directive to the border forces to engage with the local population, with Home Minister Amit Shah saying these remote locations on the front are not the last but the first villages of the country, and organisations like the Border Security Force (BSF) should take all measures for the betterment of the lives of the citizens residing in these security-sensitive areas, a senior officer told PTI. The 32nd battalion of the BSF has created the open-air gyms near its border outposts of Gede, Kadipur and Tungi in West Bengal's Nadia district. Equipment like parallel bars, waist stretchers, chest press, fun rider, lateral pull down, sit-up trainer, two-sided rotator and «tai chi spinner» have been installed in these gyms, the officer said.

India's 'Nostradamus' on Kamala Harris or Donald Trump, who will be the next US President?
Kushal Kumar, who is often referred to as ‘Indian Nostradamus’, recently shared his insight on the political showdown between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, who are the two top candidates for the upcoming US Presidential elections. While the astrologer acknowledged that Harris had more goodwill, he went on to explain that there can be no definite conclusions drawn on who will become the next president without a thorough look at their birth chart. However, he hinted that the winner will have the attributes more commonly attributed to Harris. “As regards the person who appears to have a greater chance to be the US President in the 2024 Presidential elections, a detailed analysis of birth charts of the candidates who may finally emerge contesting, would be called for. However, the planetary suggestion can be read to say that the person has a high-level lawyer-like or a sound economist-like mindset, a gifted argument maker while taking struggle head-on suits him,” he wrote on Medium. Opinions shared by a significant portion of American viewers following the debate, as reflected in various news reports, seem to align with the writer's earlier predictions regarding Vice President Kamala Harris. These observations suggest that her characteristics may position her as a potential contender to lead the country in the upcoming November 2024 U.S. Presidential election.

India to clock 7% growth in FY25 despite headwinds: Deloitte
Deloitte South Asia CEO Romal Shetty has said. Shetty, who is the youngest chief executive of a Big Four accounting and consultancy firm in India, said inflation is reasonably under control, there has been a pick-up in rural demand and vehicle sales are improving. «We believe that we would be in the 7-7.1 per cent range in terms of the growth (this fiscal year). You have got the headwinds, the tailwinds… But the fact is, still India is in a better position, in spite of whatever is happening globally but we can't say we're decoupled from the world,» he said, adding that the geopolitical crisis in the Middle East and Ukraine and the slowdown in the western world will impact GDP growth. According to Deloitte projections, growth is likely to be 6.7 per cent in the next fiscal year (2025-26). The Indian economy grew 8.2 per cent in the previous fiscal year — 2023-24.
