Luigi Mangione, suspect in UnitedHealthcare CEO case, charged with murder
Luigi Mangione, the man arrested in connection with the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is expected to fight extradition to New York where he has been charged with murder.Speaking with reporters on Tuesday evening, following a court appearance earlier that afternoon, defence lawyer Thomas Dickey said he had advised his client Mangione to not waive extradition and to plead not guilty to charges he faces in Pennsylvania and New York.“I haven’t seen any evidence that says he’s the shooter,” he said. “The fundamental concept of American justice is a presumption of innocence until you’re proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt, and I’ve seen zero evidence at this point.”Prior to Tuesday’s hearing, video showed Mangione in an orange jumpsuit as he was led into the court building.

Mark Gastineau, even though the field performance has long been over, his adventure and excitement around the sport has not faded away. According to reports, he would be shown confronting Brett Favre at a Chicago sports memorabilia show last year, in an upcoming ESPN documentary, that will cover the life and lies of top personalities like Gastineau, from the sport. Did Mark Gastineau carry a grudge against Brett Favre? Gastineau is reportedly angry at Favre for giving Michaeil Strahan an easy sack in the January of 2002, which reportedly cost Gastineau his single-season record in NFL. This was the fundamental of the two-decade-long grudge of Gastineau and Brett Favre, something that will visually come to the public eye after the docuseries is finally released by ESPN.

Donald Trump's hush money case to be stopped permanently?
In court papers made public on Tuesday, the Manhattan district attorney’s office proposed an array of options for keeping the historic conviction on the books, including asking Judge Juan M. Merchan to consider treating the case the way he would when a defendant dies. That would effectively put the case into a permanent state of suspended animation. Trump’s conviction would stand, but everything would freeze, including any appeal action. It is unclear if that option is viable under New York law.
