SoftBank sold a partial stake in food delivery platform Zomato through bulk deals on Wednesday. The transaction was done at Rs 94.7 apiece, taking the deal value to Rs 947 crore. According to exchange data, SoftBank Vision Fund has offloaded 10 crore shares or 1.17% stake in the company as the lock-in for the post-Blinkit deal ended this week.

Zomato share price jumped over 5% in early trade on Wednesday after a block deal in the food delivery giant. Zomato shares rallied as much as 5.12 to ₹99.50 apiece on the BSE. Around 10 crore Zomato shares, aggregating to 1.17% stake in the company, changed hands at an average floor price of ₹94.70 apiece in a block deal on the bourses.

Dutch airline (CD), will implement exclusive “Only Adult” zones on its flights. By introducing this feature, Corendon aims to provide a tailored experience for travellers who prefer a child-free environment. The airline will pilot the no kids area on its 10-hour flights between Amsterdam and the Caribbean island of Curacao, charging passengers an additional 45 euros ($49) for a standard seat or $100 for an XL seat, for the privilege of sitting in the “Only Adult” zone. They will block the first 12 rows of the airline and will comprise of 93 standard seats and nine extra-large seats, curtained off from the rest of the aircraft, with a strict over 16s rule. “This zone in the aircraft is intended for travelers traveling without children and for business travelers who want to work in a quiet environment,” the airline said in a press release, adding that it would also benefit parents of young children who may worry less about upsetting other passengers. This is not the first time that an airline has introduced such rule.

Investing.com--  Most Asian currencies strengthened on Tuesday, while the dollar retreated from near three-month highs as investors trimmed some positions before a slew of key economic readings this week. 

Asian stocks broadly rose after US equities moved higher, with traders awaiting a raft of economic figures over the next few days for clues on the outlook for global central bank policy. An Asian equity gauge climbed 0.5%, supported by gains in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. Shares in mainland China fell at the open, before heading into positive territory.

Glance, a smart lock screen platform from InMobi, is launching in Japan. It will partner with leading telecom carriers and Android smartphone brands in the country, Piyush Shah, president of Glance, told ET. Singapore-headquartered Glance has already expanded in Indonesia and is now eyeing the US market.
