Indiana, Kentucky, and Mississippi are attracting workers away from big cities and into rural and suburban areas, according to a report by Fortune. The report states that these towns are offering a range of perks, from something as simple as free eggs to relocation grants of up to $5,000. Provident Man Remark wellness President Podcasts International Modi speaking Trump's language: Congress on PM's remarks on global organisations
Congress on Monday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his remarks in a podcast on the relevance of global organisations, claiming that the PM is clearly going out of his way to keep US President Donald Trump in good humour and «repeating his good friend's chant». In his interaction with American podcaster and computer scientist Lex Fridman, Modi emphasised the need for synchronisation and collaboration to propel global initiatives forward. He also addressed the relevance of global organisations like the United Nations, noting that their inability to evolve with the times has sparked a global debate on their relevance. Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh said, «Mr. Modi clearly is going out of his way to keep Mr. Trump in good humour.» «He says international organisations, from which India has benefited immensely, have become irrelevant. »This is the US President's language. In fact, it is Mr. Trump who is doing his best to make them irrelevant and now Mr. Modi is repeating 'his good friend's' chant," Ramesh claimed.

Target BLOCK Action security students Universities Courts After Green Cards, is Trump now targeting H-1B visa holders?
deportation of Dr. Rasha Alawieh, a kidney transplant specialist and professor at Brown University’s medical school, has sparked concerns about the treatment of H-1B visa holders under the Trump administration. Despite holding a valid H-1B visa and a federal court order temporarily blocking her removal, Alawieh was deported, raising questions about the future of employment-based visas in the United States. Dr. Alawieh, a Lebanese citizen, was detained at Boston Logan International Airport after returning from a family visit to Lebanon. She was held for 36 hours before being put on a flight to Paris, even though US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) had been ordered to give 48 hours' notice before any such action. CBP has not provided an explanation for why the court order was disregarded. Legal representatives for Dr. Alawieh and her cousin, Yara Chehab, have filed cases against senior Trump administration officials, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, seeking answers on whether her deportation signals a policy shift against H-1B visa holders.

Cooper Assurant security country Department politician South Korea calls to avoid impact on US cooperation after 'sensitive' country designation
U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) designated South Korea as a 'sensitive' country. The U.S. department has not explained why South Korea was added to the list, which can cause curbs on cooperation, though a DOE spokesperson said Seoul faced no new limits on bilateral cooperation in science and technology from the designation. In a statement relayed by the finance ministry after a ministerial meeting, Choi called on South Korean agencies to actively foster understanding with Washington, and for the industry minister to meet with the U.S. Secretary of Energy this week. Despite the DOE assurances over bilateral cooperation not being impacted, politicians in Seoul have traded blame over the sensitive country designation. The main opposition Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung on Monday criticised the current South Korean government, calling the U.S. move a «perfect diplomatic failure» which is feared could limit cooperation between the countries in the high-tech field.

COST Action Election Department rights UK finance minister Reeves to set out action plan to slash 'red tape'
Labour government will on Monday set out details of how it plans to slash red tape to boost business, as it struggles to deliver growth nine months after winning power. Chancellor Rachel Reeves' shake-up comes after Prime Minister Keir Starmer took aim at the nation's «flabby state», sparking anger from unions who called on him to avoid the «incendiary rhetoric» of Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (Doge) in the US. The finance ministry said regulators would be summoned to the prime minister's Downing Street office on Monday to hear Reeves announce her «action plan to deliver on the pledge to cut the administrative cost of regulation on business by a quarter». The «radical» plan would cut «costly red tape» such as the «hundreds of pages of guidance on protecting bat habitats which goes far beyond legal requirements», said a statement, referring to the £100 million ($130 million) spent on a bat tunnel by the company building Britain's new high-speed HS2 train line. The tunnel has become a lightning rod for criticism of the planning system, with the Prime Minister describing it as «absurd».

markets UPS Digital Ripple wellness Trade Bitcoin Trump's move to create a BTC reserve might make crypto lucrative, but should you fall for the hype, and ignore regulatory confusion?
Donald Trump to create a “strategic Bitcoin reserve and digital assets stockpile” has sent the crypto enthusiasts in India into a tizzy. Hoping to cash in on what they believe could be the next big rally, they have led a surge in trading volumes, with CoinDCX reporting a 36% hike and Mudrex registering a 30% spike. While the reserve will only include Bitcoin, already owned by the US government, not acquired or actively bought, the digital asset stockpile will consist of tokens other than the Bitcoin—Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), and Cardano (ADA), which will also not be acquired. The announcement is significant because it’s the first time that Bitcoin has been recognised as a reserve asset of the US government. “This sends a powerful message to the world about how blockchain and digital assets are becoming mainstream,” says Sumit Gupta, co-founder of CoinDCX. Agrees Edul Patel, Co-founder of Mudrex: “There is a strong future for crypto and Bitcoin globally, not just in the US.”

Provident Target War information Updates US and Iran-backed Houthis both vow escalation after airstrikes target rebels in Yemen
The Houthi-run Health Ministry said the overnight U.S. strikes killed at least 53 people, including five women and two children, and wounded almost 100 in the capital of Sanaa and other provinces, including Saada, the rebels' stronghold on the border with Saudi Arabia. «We're not going to have these people controlling which ships can go through and which ones cannot. And so your question is, how long will this go on? It will go on until they no longer have the capability to do that,» Secretary of State Marco Rubio told CBS on Sunday. He said these are not the one-off retaliation strikes the Biden administration carried out after Houthi attacks. President Donald Trump on Saturday vowed to use «overwhelming lethal force» until the Houthis cease their attacks, and warned that Tehran would be held «fully accountable» for their actions. The Houthis have repeatedly targeted international shipping in the Red Sea, sinking two vessels, in what they call acts of solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza, where Israel has been at war with Hamas, another Iranian ally.
